Wonderful food and wonderful staff!! The man welcoming us from the street and all the staff were very kind and nice. Inside there’s beautiful murals and plenty of seating for larger groups. It’s also an easy place to find (we had someone meet us here)!

I highly recommend this place! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming – you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely delicious – make sure to try the homemade wine and the carbonara, they’re amazing! The pizza is also very tasty, with fresh ingredients and great flavor. It's definitely a place worth visiting. A wonderful experience all around!

Six of us had a blast having a late lunch here. The food was excellent and the waiter was very personable and funny. Excellent service and he served us shots of limoncello at the end at n/c. We ate inside which worked out well as it was quiet and it rained while we were dining. Recommend trying the melon with prosciutto and the artichokes which are steamed or basted with herbs. Great appetizers. The pasta dishes we tried were very flavorful.

Tucked near the Pantheon, this spot turned out to be one of the best meals I’ve had in the area. The menu had solid vegetarian options that actually felt thoughtful rather than just an afterthought, and the flavors were fresh and balanced. The atmosphere is warm and cozy—perfect for lingering over a meal. That said, service was on the slower side, so if you’re in a rush, this might not be your place. But if you’ve got the time, it’s worth settling in and enjoying the experience.

There a a lot along the street but this one best for us. Their portion is big and their food is good and not too expensive. Pizza is thin and crispy. The homemade pasta with lobster is very tasty. The risotto is huge and tasty. They are generous with their ingredients.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Surprise Near the Pantheon! After visiting the Pantheon with our tour group, we had about 40 minutes to grab a quick bite before heading to the Spanish Steps. All the nearby restaurants were packed with tourists, so my husband and I decided to stop at the first place that had an open table — Hostaria de’Pastini. At first, we were seated outside, but with so many people walking by, we asked if we could move inside. The waiter, Lorenzo, was very kind and immediately showed us to a table indoors. To our surprise, the inside was calm and cozy, with soft Italian music playing in the background — a perfect little escape from the busy streets. Lorenzo spoke excellent English and was wonderfully attentive throughout our meal. Our food arrived quickly: my husband ordered the roasted lamb with roasted potatoes, and I had the roasted chicken. We also shared a Mediterranean salad. The portions were generous, and both dishes were seasoned beautifully — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Bravo to the chef! (We were so hungry we forgot to take pictures!) For dessert, we enjoyed ricotta cheesecake and latte macchiato, and Lorenzo even brought us a little limoncello to taste. The whole experience was so pleasant that we ended up skipping our group’s trip to the Spanish Steps and rejoined them later at the Trevi Fountain instead! If you’re in the Pantheon area, we highly recommend Hostaria de’Pastini — delicious food, warm service, and a peaceful atmosphere right in the heart of Rome.
